Our Management Team

Director - Production : Mr. N. Padmanaben

Padmanaben is looking after full production area. He is technically qualified to design any type of special monuments. With his hard work, efficiency and enthusiasm, the company has improved itself on the production front. He is an expert in analyzing and marking the stones, which is considered an important skill in the stone industry.

Padmanaben and our company's skilled workers (carving section) are trained by European Carving Experts to produce specialized design monuments. He has a good command over the staff and has friendly relationships with the workers. He also takes care of Pricing.

Padmanaben holds an Engineering Degree in Electronics and Communication from Bangalore University, Bangalore and an MBA in Production.

Director - Administration : Ms. C. N. Premlatha

Premlatha is concentrating on developing the business and getting new buyers and was also successful in her venture. In this role, she is responsible for overseeing the management of Corporate Compliance, Internal Audit and liasoning with government bodies, banks, all of whom help ensure a sound control and compliance environment throughout the company.

Premlatha, holds an B.Sc (Computer Science) and an M.B.A. in Finance and Marketing from the Bharathiyar University and is doing her MS (Psy).


Managing Director : Mr. P. Nataraj

Nataraj promoted the company in 1992 with 4 promoters. P. Nataraj Goundar is having 30 years experience in Production and Marketing area. 

He is also a Draftsman, so he can design any critical drawings. With his immense knowledge in production and experience in handling labors, he has improved the productivity of the company.

Due to direct involvement of Nataraj Goundar and Padmanaben in Production, raw material purchase and quality control, the end products quality is assured and the rejection rate has dropped. Due to high & stable quality of the end product, the company has gained a very good name in the UK, USA, Australia, Ireland and Canada markets.

Nataraj holds a degree in Sidha Medicine.

Director - Finance : Mrs. N. Palanniammal

Palanniammal is one of the promoters of the company and has 15 years experience in finance area. She worked as senior officer - finance for over 15 years in the Tamilnadu Government. She is taking care of companies financial matters.

Palannimmal holds a BA degree in History.
